Santa's a bit tired now.

Yesterday, as I walked down Park Ave., the weather was cold and damp, but the street was alive with lights and shoppers. Some responded with a tip of the hat, a friendly nod, some even went so far as to recite a greeting. Ready for the onslaught of family, friends, laughter, food, and a few good drinks, I packed my bags for home. Tonight I will sit in front of the fire with an eggnog and brandy and reconnect with the fam.

Happy Holidays.

First post ever

Thanks for stopping by!

One day, my friend Jim decided that he was hungry, so he came across the magical frozen lake to visit me. Having just killed the family sheep, mutton was coming out of my ears. "Jim," I said, "if you dance a jig for me, I will supply you with enough mutton to last you a year." Jim immediately started dancing, but since his rhythm was sub-par, I only gave him one round of mutton, and sent him on his merry way.
